PROGRAM: 3BHK cottage built in CSEB bricks made on site + stones + wood

Given the site’s remoteness and the need for terrace cutting, stones from the site were integrated into the
built. Cement Stabilized Earth Bricks (CSEB) were made on-site using earth from the cut terraces, with a
locally sourced, long-unused moulding machine. Conventional RCC was used only for the lower floor for
seismic safety, while the upper floor employed the local wooden sloping roof technique.
Local labor team was trained to make the CSEB bricks, which will add to their skill set for their future projects
