After the academy extended their site by acquiring two pieces of lands adjacent to their site, our studio was approached to make a masterplan with all their requirements for the next 10 years.

Idea is to integrate the existing projects with the new proposed buildings, harmonize the aesthetical idiom, give the school a visual identity and gain as much built area as possible.

We proposed extension of academic block by adding two blocks along with the existing block and then continuing the academic line to end with a cultural block. This cultural block then is integrated with the existing sports block (MPH) through bridges and courts. Student’s hostel is proposed besides the new cultural block providing it its own space and possibility of evening life after school hours.

Faculty housing is proposed in the front of the project. It can be treated as almost a separate site with its independent entry/ exit, parking etc. This building can also be used commercially by providing restaurants/ gyms/ extra studio apartments for rental purposes for the city. This helps to provide the faculty to have an independent set up after the school hours.
